We have an ordinance about cars parking on the street.  They also can notify the police about this matter.    They can also notify the City Office  and we will be happy to e-mail, fax or mail the ordinance.

Section 91.12(A) of the Code of Ordinances allows keeping fowl or small animals in enclosures that are 20’ or more from any property line.  The waste must be disposed of properly, and cannot be allowed to accumulate in an manner that becomes noxious or objectionable.

Mattress may be picked up if wrapped and sealed in plastic.  The resident would need to call Rumpke at 1-877-786-7537 at least 24 hours prior to pick up.  Jean

Presently the City does not require a person to have a permit for a yard sale.  No signs should be placed on the City or State right of ways or on telephone poles. The yard sale signs should be removed at the end of the day of the yard sale.

I would suggest going on line or I would call the Campbell County Board of Education.  City of Highland Heights does not have an Elementary School or High School in its City.

Yes a permit is required for an invisible fence. The form is listed under forms.You need to complete the Fence Plan Review, the Zoning Application, and the Construction Affidavit and return these to the City Clerk's office. There is a fee required for the application. Call the City Clerk's office at 859-441-8575 for more information.

According to the terms of the City’s contract with its current collector (Rumpke) all collections shall be collected on each Tuesday of the month.  The time of collections shall be made between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless the contractor has been given permission in advance and in writing by the Mayor.
