Campbell County Property Valuation Administration (PVA) has completed Property Assessments for Highland Heights. You may have already received your assessment letter in the mail, they were mailed by the PVA on April 14th.
If you receive your assessment letter and wish to appeal, you must submit your request form and documentation by 12:00 PM EST on Monday, May 15, 2023. There are three separate forms for different types of property - Residential, Commercial, and Agriculture. DON'T FORGET - if you are 65 or over, or turn 65 during 2023, you can apply for a Homestead Exemption which will reduce the taxable amount of you home by $46,350.
