The City of Highland Heights is hosting a community fall celebration from 3:00-9:00 p.m. We welcome all of our residents and their families to come out for an afternoon and evening of family enjoyment as we celebrate the fall season. Sweets & Meats food truck, refreshments, bouncy houses, face painting, and pumpkin carving will be available. Live entertainment by Hey Bartender will be from 6:00-9:00. Come out, spend time with your community, and enjoy the fun!

The City of Highland Heights, Board of Adjustment will meet Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 7PM at 176 Johns Hill Road.
Wear your best Halloween costume and come to the Highland Heights Public Works Building. There will be Trunk-or-Treating, Hayrides, Bouncy Houses, Face Painting, Pumpkin Painting, Hotdogs, Popcorn, Cookies, and Drinks.
This will take place in the Community Room at the Highland Heights City Building from 5:00-8:00 PM. The purpose of the open house is to receive input from the public on the proposed Comprehensive Plan.
Highland Heights City Council will hold a special meeting in council chambers at the City Building, 176 Johns Hill Road.
Tax bills will be mailed on or before October 1st to the property owner.
Tax payments are due no later than October 31st and can be paid by check, cash, or credit card. Credit card payments are accepted on-line and there is a fee assessed for credit card payments.
Homestead Exemption: People age 65 or older; who own, maintain, and reside at a property as of January 1, 2024, may apply for the Homestead exemption at the Campbell County PVA office.
Ghouls and Goblins will be out Trick-or-Treating from 6 PM - 8 PM Tuesday, October 31. Get your treats ready so you don't get tricked!
