    Report Road Problems

    The Code Enforcement Board is made up of Highland Heights citizens empowered enforce local ordinances when violations occur of a civil nature. The Board also hears appeals for citations that have been issued. The board may issue orders to remediate the ordinance violation and/or impose fines in order to enforce our local ordinances. The board hears cases only when a violator has not complied with citations issued by the City’s Zoning Administrator. The Code Enforcement Board meets on the first Wednesday of February, May, August and November at 7:00 p.m.
