Land Development in the Highland Heights must be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.

The Comprehensive Plan outlines the goals for economic development within Highland Heights. The Plan defines the zones throughout the City and the type of development within the zones that will meet these goals. Land development needs to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan to receive approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission.

UPCOMING 2024 SCHEDULE

Tuesday, December 10 – Planning and Zoning Public Hearing. 7:00 PM, Council Chambers at the Highland Heights City Building. The purpose is to receive input from the community on the proposed Comprehensive Plan.
