Land development in the Highland Heights must be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.

The Comprehensive Plan outlines the goals for economic development within Highland Heights. The Plan defines the zones throughout the City and the type of development within the zones that will meet these goals. Land development needs to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan to receive approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
