A car has been parked in the same space for over 6 months. The car has not moved! Can people leave cars parked for long periods on the city streets/parking lots?

We have an ordinance about cars parking on the street. Police can be contacted about this matter or notify the City Office and we will be happy to notify the city's code enforcement officer who will then address the issue.
