Some of us in the neighborhood on Crestwood Avenue have discusses the possibility of speed bumps on Crestwood Avenue. Traffic has become increasingly heavy and faster over the past few months as new tenants have moved into this area around Crestwood and Dale Avenue. To whom do we make this formal proposal?
