When and where do I put out my trash cans and recyclables for collection and when do I have to bring them back?

You may place receptacles and recyclable containers the curb of the individual premises for collection no earlier than noon Monday, which is the day before the regular weekly collection and returned to the premises by midnight on Tuesday, the day of collection.
