We have ordinances for when trash may be picked up, when contractors may begin working in the City, we have a curfew ordinance. but I don’t know what you mean about quiet hours.

I would suggest going on line or I would call the Campbell County Board of Education. City of Highland Heights does not have an Elementary School or High School in its City.
